Got questions about our digital design files, licensing, or downloads? We've got answers below.
You get an instant digital download — no physical item is made or shipped. Depending on the listing, that's one or more files in formats like SVG, PNG, PDF, EPS, or DXF for 2D designs, or STL/OBJ for 3D-printable models.
As soon as your payment is confirmed, a download link is emailed to you, and the same files stay available on your order confirmation page — no waiting required.
Formats vary by product and are listed on each product page. Most 2D designs include SVG plus one or more of PNG, PDF, EPS, and DXF. 3D designs are provided as STL, with OBJ included on select listings.
For cut files, most customers use Cricut Design Space, Silhouette Studio, Adobe Illustrator, or similar vector software. For 3D files, you'll need slicer software such as PrusaSlicer, Cura, or your printer's companion app, plus an FDM or resin 3D printer.
It depends on the license tier you select at checkout. Our personal-use license covers hobby and gift projects, while our commercial license allows you to sell finished physical products made with the design. Full terms are in our Terms of Service.
No. Purchasing a file gives you a license to use the design, not ownership of it — the files themselves may not be resold, redistributed, or re-uploaded as a standalone digital product, even under a commercial license.
First check your spam or promotions folder. If it's still missing, email us at [email protected] with your order number and we'll resend your files right away.
Yes. Your files remain accessible from your order confirmation page, and we're happy to resend the download link by email if you ever need it again.
Because files are delivered instantly and can't be "returned," purchases are generally final once downloaded. We do make exceptions for corrupted files, wrong files, or duplicate charges — see our Return Policy for details.
Each listing states the included file formats and, for 3D files, general size and material notes. If you're unsure whether a file will work with your setup, email us before purchasing and we'll help you check.
