Digital Products & License

Every product sold on Social Chics is a digital design file delivered by download — no physical item is manufactured, packaged, or shipped. When you purchase a file, you receive a license to use that design under the terms selected at checkout (personal-use or commercial), not ownership of the underlying artwork or design.

Permitted & Prohibited Use

You may use purchased files to create physical or digital projects for personal use, or, under a commercial license, to sell finished products you create with the design. You may not resell, redistribute, share, or re-upload the files themselves — whether for free or for sale — as a standalone digital product, template pack, or clip art collection.

Intellectual Property

All designs, files, and site content remain the intellectual property of Social Chics / MEGAFASHION LLC unless otherwise stated. Purchasing a file does not transfer copyright or trademark rights to the buyer.

Payments

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars. Payment is processed securely through PayPal at the time of purchase, and orders are fulfilled by instant digital delivery once payment is confirmed.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Files are provided "as is." We test every design before listing it, but we do not guarantee compatibility with every machine, printer, or software version. Product listings describe included formats and general specifications to help you confirm compatibility before purchase.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Social Chics and MEGAFASHION LLC are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of purchased files, including issues related to third-party software or hardware.
