How Delivery Works

Social Chics sells downloadable digital design files only — we never ship a physical product, so there are no shipping carriers, tracking numbers, or delivery addresses involved. Once your payment is confirmed, your files are delivered straight to your inbox.

Download Timing

Download links are emailed within minutes of a successful payment. The same files are also available directly from your order confirmation page, so you can start using them right away without waiting on email delivery.

Accessing Your Files Again

If you lose your download link or need to access your files on a different device, email [email protected] with your order number and we'll resend it — there's no expiration on your right to redownload files you've purchased.

Technical Requirements

Each listing states the file formats included. Make sure you have compatible software installed (such as Cricut Design Space, Silhouette Studio, or a vector editor for 2D files, or slicer software for 3D print files) before checking out.
