Our Return Policy for Digital Files

Every product sold on Social Chics is a downloadable digital design file, delivered instantly by email after checkout. Because a digital download can't be physically returned once it's been accessed, purchases are generally final sale.

When We Will Issue a Refund or Replacement

We want you to be able to use every file you buy, so we'll issue a refund or replacement file within 30 days of purchase in cases such as: the file is corrupted or won't open, you received the wrong file due to an error on our end, or you were charged more than once for the same order. Refunds are not available simply because a file wasn't compatible with software or hardware you already own — please check the listed formats before purchasing, or ask us first if you're unsure.

How to Request a Refund

Email [email protected] with your order number and a description of the issue. For corrupted or incorrect files, please include a screenshot or details of the error so we can resolve it quickly.

Processing Time

We aim to respond to all refund and replacement requests within 1–2 business days. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method and typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
